How We Got Started
Islamic Information Centre, Bengaluru was established in March 2010. Started in a rented, undersized room. Propagating the correct understanding of Islam and to remove misconception about Islam among muslims and non-muslims based upon Qur’an, Sunnah, and Methodology of Salafus Salih.
Where We Are Now
What started as a small library is now acting as a Community center, A significant number of downtrodden families live close by to our center,
Since 2010 we have helped and transformed lives of many by responding to disasters, rebuilding lives and preparing people against social evils of society.
In addition to providing disaster and emergency response, we also promote sustainable economic and social development by working with local communities – regardless of race, religion or gender. We helped various communities after natural disasters to name some of them Kashmir Floods, Kerala Foods, Chennai Floods, Muzaffar Nagar Riots and various other disasters.
We also Organised various health camps and road shows against social evils like dowry, drugs etc. in various areas where little thoughts are given to these.
